From the beginning, Bryan and Kelly were easy to work with, were flexible in altering house plans, incorporating suggestions I had, and informing me of details as plans progressed or changed. Construction quality is their hallmark and many of their subcontractors and vendors are from the Amish community. I had never worked with a builder and I found it to be not only educational, but fascinating, plus the workers were friendly. They were more than willing to allow me to watch them put on the finishing touches and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Many of these individuals have been involved with the Barrs for a decade or more, so there wasn’t any guessing about their responsibilities and abilities.  Any problems were quickly addressed. Callbacks are the standard. When I left a message for Bryan, Kelly, or their daughter, Samantha, the call was quickly returned. My situation was somewhat unique. It was an insurance claim because of fire and even the large loss claims adjuster remarked how smoothly the process went, and the ease in working with the Barrs. I would recommend them to anyone.
